With Lilly Consulting Group being based in North Carolina, the client really wanted to capture that essence of North Carolina in his brand. I went with some North Carolina mountains, but with a sunrise, capturing that feeling of hope and the beginning of something new; both of which is the feeling I wanted to capture in the brand. Partnering with a consulting group is a big commitment and investment and having a feeling of security, like the mountains, and hope, like the sunrise gives confidence in the brand and the investment you would make with them. The elegant serif typeface paired with the modern and minimal sans serif typeface shows a sense of professionalism and serious, but also modern and progressive.
